Mini trampolines are extremely convenient and even fun to use exercise equipment. They can also be very portable and are easy to fold up and carry with you. In a few easy steps you can have these portable devices compacted and placed in storage or secured in your vehicle. To begin, simply flip it over so that the small legs are on top and the trampoline is facing up.

Then you will want to put your feet in a bracing position on the edge of the trampoline’s frame. In this position you can pull up the leg of the trampoline just enough to disconnect it.
After the first leg is disconnected, but still secured by a spring, you will want to lay it flat and repeat that step with each of the remaining legs. After this is finished you can raise the nylon frame cover to locate two hinges on the frame. At this point you should place your knees, or your feet if that is easier for you, on one half of the frame and be careful not to put them on the actual hinges. With your hands secure a solid grip on the other half of the frame and begin to pull it toward you. You should continue the fold until it is half way closed and remove your feet or legs before folding it all the way.
The above method is based on having the required upper body strength to fold the trampoline. If it is too difficult for you, don’t stress your back or any muscles, but use the following method. You can use the support of a couch or other heavy piece of furniture with a low to the floor clearance level. Simply slide the trampoline a few inches under the couch, or alternative. Lift the exposed portion of the trampoline and then slide the rest of it out from under the couch and continue to apply pressure to complete the fold. These small and portable devices are becoming extremely popular and are easy to use. Generally they are only about 25 pounds and have a diameter of about 40 inches. When they are fully assembled and standing on the floor they will be about 10 inches high.
